Day 4: Completed the weight training section!

Oh man I'm tired lol

Today I had 9 hour shift at my job and I'm exhausted.......

BUT

I've completed the weight training section of the Brat Pitt workout plan for the first week!!! :D

For tomorrow and  Saturday, it will be cardio exercises. I'm pretty confident about this part of the workout because I'm used to walking and moving a lot. Also, dancing is a pretty intense cardio exercise. So compare to the weight lifting, it should be easier.

Well, its getting late, I'm tired, and I must wake up at 4 am to do the workout in the morning before I go to work in the city so I'm ending my day with chocolate Casein protein :P hmmmm.....

I'm so glad for whoever made these protein in chocolate flavor because you don't know how much I LOVE chocolate lol

oh, also I've also uploaded a new movie that shows the speed of the MacBook Pro's Boot time. So if you are interested, please enjoy :)

"Big goal needs small steps"

Peace and God bless.

Day 3: Training and The New MacBook Pro

Day 3....
I think it is so hard to get over this day.
It is the first wall that I encounter whenever I begin to do something new.

Right now my body is sore and tired.
I know that my body has began to resist to the changes I'm trying to make.

However, with out continuous improvements, you can never evolve into something that you dream to be.
You have to challenge yourself, even if it is rough and you are suffering from it. No PAIN NO GAIN!!!

Speaking of continuous improvements, APPLE impresses me continuously.

Today, I want to share my surprise from The New MacBook Pro.

First of all, I'm going to share something that I cannot share by picture nor video, THE IMAGE

The Retina display is truly AMAZING. It is the most cleanest, rich colored, and vivid display I've ever seen in my life.

Second, its body.

This is how thin it is.

Like the entire computer is as thin as my finger.

Third and the think that impressed me the most was the SPEED.

Watch as I open all the Apps at the same time.
*Please don't miss the fact that the camera is working without slowing down and I'm able to control my mouse while it opens*

Enjoy :)
