Day 1: Inspiration


First day and I already encountered two individuals that inspired me to work harder.

At the gym, I was adjusting the weight size of the dumbbell to do incline press.

I barely used weights before to train my body. So I was very surprised to find that I can't even do 3 sets of 15 reps with 15lb dumbbell....
The thing looks so small but it was very tough to lift after doing 3 sets of 25 push ups.

Than an old man passed by

Sat next to me


had 35lb dumbbell

did reps like no problem.

Than he brings 45lb

did reps like no problem

sigh.....(_ _) ↓↓↓
It was a surprised yet felt very shocking moment.
I felt very ashamed of myself.

What bothered me most was that when I was struggling with 15~20lb dumbbell, I was giving up on myself already with an excuse of "I'm just a beginner".
So I was turning towards much lighter weights.

This old guy changed my mind to keep trying. Much respect and god bless to him.



Another inspiration was through my manager.
My manager lost 80lb by running and working out 5 days a week for months.
Looking at his past pictures were like looking at a different person.
I could tell how much of an effort he put to gain control over his body.
And I honestly was jealous that he was able to transform himself in such a huge way.

These two encounters encouraged me to try harder tomorrow (technically today, 5.5 hours later) and to continue the training everyday.

From the step I took today, I understood little about what my body is capable of doing.
Now I need to push my body to try my best.

"Many a little makes a mickle"

Dancer=Athletes of God=Food management a MUST!!!

Sup yall, SUGALOO here after selling some more tea lol.


Ok today I wana talk about the importance of conditioning your body through diet.

The food you consume daily is what energize your body to move.
It is your life source and being reckless about it could make a big difference specially for those who use their body.

Its similar to a camp fire.
If you want the fire(you) to be strong and to last for a long time, you would need to find a healthy, thick dried wood(food) that will burn for a long time.

Eating junk food is like using a wet, thin branches that contains no minerals and vitamins needed to maintain our body that burns out really fast.

Therefore, dancers having a poor diet habit is extremely unprofessional since their body should mean everything to them.

acknowledging that, I've began creating my own diet menu using a website called Cramer Japan:Athletic Solutions.

The website list the following solutions.

<1> Staple Diet


This refers to rice, bread, banana, food that contains starchy material which includes natural sugar that helps to energize your body. Having this is essential to get your body to move.

<2>Main Dish




This refers to food such as meat, fish, egg, tofu, those that are rich in protein. Choosing good quality main dish is important because protein recovers the muscle tissue that you've broken from working out and also is an essential source for growth for youth.

<3> Vegetables(Green Food)



This is part of diet that most people lack in consuming. Vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals that conditions your body, prevent constipation, and enhances the strength of tendons and ligaments.
I know MANY people hates green peppers, carrots, and spinach, but those are one of the best vegetables to consume for vitamins and minerals.

<4> Daily food



Daily food such as Milk, cheese,yogurt is full of calcium and vitamins that is necessary for body growth.
The webpage recommend 2 cups of milk every day.

<5> Fruits



Great source for natural Vitamin C. Recommended to take fruits such as orange, grape fruits, strawberry and kiwi.

So, the dish I've come up with according to the recommendation of the webpage looks like this!!!

Breakfast....



1= Peanuts Butter Bread
2= Flied Egg
3= Mixed Salad
4= Glass of Milk
5= Kiwi

Lunch....



1= Bowl of rice
2= Flied Egg
3= Miso Soup
4= Glass of Milk
5= Kiwi

Supper!!!



1= Bowl of rice
2= Grilled Pork
3= Mixed Salad
4= Glass of Milk
5= Kiwi!!! lol

I've continued to watch my diet for couple month since May and it actually worked.

Setting the time to eat (breakfast 7AM,lunch 12PM,supper 7PM) creates a good habit to you body that I felt my body functioning much smoothly for the past couple month.

I've been slacking lately so I have to get back to it but this is definitely something to think about if you wish to transform your body or get it set up to practice dancing hardcore.
